Gmail users on iPhone - is copy/pasting text from an email not working for you as well, or am I losing my mind?

Havent lost your mind. Completely stopped working for me too. I alerted the gmail team a month ago. They couldn’t repro. Will contact them again
Confirmed this is a bug, probably due to a corrupted datastore. Delete + reinstall of GMail app on iOS fixes it. GMail team is investigating how to fix
