That's awesome! If I recall correctly, when I first joined Google I stumbled across a slide deck titled "Fuzzy's Thoughts on Leadership". I don't recall any specifics, but I do remember it being really good. Probably your uncle's :)

It’s an amazing family! Also Fuzzy is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He proves that brilliant and nice aren’t exclusive and in fact the niceness amplifies and proves the brilliance.

Oh, I didn't realize he left Google. He gave a great talk at my orientation then I sat across from him for a little bit and I spoke at an internal conference he had for Underrepresented backgrounds. I'm sad he's at slack now.
