Remember when Eric Schmidt declared the tech “gang of four” (Apple Google Facebook and Amazon) at the 2011 D conference? Pretty funny in retrospect how Eric deliberately excluded Microsoft, which now has the largest marketcap of the gang.

MS largely flies under the radar as people consider it staid and quiet, IBM-esque. Warren didn't even call it out as a tech co that needed breaking up.

In 2011, Microsoft was Walmart. How this company turned around, updated and regrew its « tech » is unprecented and vastly (imho) underappreciated.
