@TechCrunch’s advice includes a link to https://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/30684/the-ultimate-list-of-email-spam-trigger-words.aspx …, recommending words to avoid so your spam-email goes undetected. They suggest not saying “remove” or “unsubscribe.” By doing this, @Techcrunch recommends violating the Federal CAN-SPAM Act and other laws.

@TechCrunch didn’t *knowingly* recommend violating Federal law.@TechCrunch employs many great writers, and this piece wasn’t written by any of them.
