I remember hearing that quote many years ago. Hopefully, this will become true. I think the best way to teach children to be creative is to have lessons where they need to use their creativity as opposed to just answering questions. Also, how does one grade creativity?

The College Board #APCSP exam (CS Principles) grades creativity by asking students to submit a portfolio of apps and other technology they’ve created throughout the school year. It’s unlike any other exam in math/science.
