      This is why @axon_us CEO @AxonRick decided to forsake 100% of his salary+stock. His only pay is out-of-the-money stock options tied to performance goals.       is this sort of compensation plan well understood? Why don't more companies insist on it? like 10-100x pay ratio cap and any additional would have to structured like this.

      It’s not very well understood. We modeled it after the @elonmusk comp plan at Tesla.
