This is why @axon_us CEO @AxonRick decided to forsake 100% of his salary+stock. His only pay is out-of-the-money stock options tied to performance goals. Plus employees can participate in his upside. is this sort of compensation plan well understood? Why don't more companies insist on it? like 10-100x pay ratio cap and any additional would have to structured like this.
