I want to add — not everybody in our society gets second chances when they make mistakes, and I'm thankful for anybody who gives me one 🤓

There's always room for growth. Your response to criticism shows tremendous courage and wisdom, and I think many will agree that you approached the conversation with good intentions. P.S. We were excited to see you on 60 Minutes! Our CEO text me and said: Turn on CBS! 😁

Admire you + http://code.org  for getting CS included in STEM curriculum, for teacher training, and the focus on #csforall When talking about getting to equal or more women into STEM, it takes everyone, men and women, working together to make progress. Segment was strong.

Thank you for apologizing and maybe @60Minutes could do a follow-up for another show on women in the #computerscience field.

I appreciate both of your pieces, and feel that much of the frustration is not directed at you/@codeorg, an organization that the CSEd community is deeply grateful for, but at @60Minutes, whose editorial decisions were questionable at best. THAT is an apology I am waiting for.

Yes yes yes yes same - well said. @hadip & @codeorg are doing 💯 work & one of the only groups I’ve seen trying to give free opportunities to ALL Ss & Ts & districts. @60Minutes could’ve done a better job doing their hw
