I can appreciate this response, but are you sensing the irony in the production of this piece? Yes, we all have the same goal, but as a male ally in the fight, we are looking to you to call out bias.

One thing that caught me in
@hadip's intro was how he mentioned that the pipeline issue is perhaps part of the problem (echoing Bonnie) but that the unfit cultures guarantee people don't stay. I thought that was a great save and departure from the one-dimensional pipeline excuse.
