In a system where a big part of school funding is driven by property values in the community, would you expect anything else?
100% of schools offer classes in math, English, history, etc, regardless of neighborhood. Computer science is a liberal art and belongs in the academic core. If you want to help, seehttp://code.org/help

I agree with you, but the fact remains more $ into the district = more offerings. The whole system is screwed, I can't hire anyone < 45 who knows how to read or write cursive. A nation who can no longer read their founding documents is screwed. Need to tear down and rebuild.
