This is interesting: While capturing video this tool generates "hashes" at regular intervals—cryptographically scrambled representations of the data—that then get recorded on a public blockchain. Note: Axon bodycams don’t use this tech to prevent deepfakes, they have their own solution. Secure authenticity (and audit trail) for evidentiary video is critical to a properly functioning justice system
