As San Diego schools accidentally gives hackers access to 10 years of historical student identities data, I’m thankful that @codeorg doesn’t even save student identities. True, but the schools pretty much have to store this data. They can't choose not to. We have to build better systems to protect them. Too easy to get hacked.
