I am not getting any commission, your money is helping support open-source development and growing a vibrant community of users who are awesome just like you. From what I recall they sell these units almost at face value.

Might have to treat myself...

Fool if you don’t, I upgraded my burner from eeepc (a cult classic) to pinebook initial model and it was great bar the lower power and small ram, this new model is rugged, not cheap plastic at all - best Linux / BSD portable you can buy. Get one, you’ll love it.

Is it easy to use , ? Can we test laptop and phone ASAP ? Thanks

I have one of the dev phones and been testing various security tools from the device. It’s still too early for me to comment on the build but it looks like the first pinephone is a hot contender to replace your aging n900 for full postmarketOS.

Seriously, it’s metal finish and key feedback are great. It’s not a mechanical keyboard but it’s sturdy and beautiful to type on. I highly recommend this to anyone, it’s the best hacker friendly laptop on the market.
