    I see a lot of you tweeting about the coronavirus. This is a great podcast that goes into the facts on it. It sounds to me like if you wash your hands frequently and you don’t live with someone who has it, you’ll probably be okay.

    Can confirm this is more than just an angry lawyer guy rant. Our portfolio cos deal with this issue too often. Frustrating bc there are other robust contractual mechanisms to accomplishing the ultimate goal here: non-solicit, tight confidentiality, trade secret protections, etc.

    NYC w/ draconian non-competes for rank & file employees who rely on an employee's ignorance of the law or inability to protect their rights should be jettisoned into the sun.

    Update from the / litigation: SEC filed three expert reports supporting its position in various ways on why should be viewed as / facts proving that nobody would have bought Grams to use them. It is interesting to say the least. 👇

    This level nefarious activity merits a report to the financial consumer protection bureau, maybe even the FBI. No one should be suckered into paying $8 dollars for an SF bagel, let alone $18! ☠️☠️☠️

    WHOA

    is the only asset with a "Sharpe ratio" > 1 (return>risk)! Classic asset (stocks, bonds, gold) risk & return basically flat. Even FAANG (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google) .. not even close to btc. Note I skipped bitcoin's first years (2009-2012) and updated data.
