One chestnut of ADD relationship advice is, "if it isn't on a list, it won't happen." The thing is, though, 70% of the time by the time I've got a pen in hand, I've forgotten it already. And if not, 70% of the time I then forget *where* I wrote it down.

Having a shopping and to do list I can just speak items to the moment they pop into my head has been an absolute game changer. And since time management is also a huge problem, having timed routine cues for reminding me to sleep and other stuff is huge.

But at the same time, especially as an organizer, it's unnerving to have this mindset in our home where we are like "ok let's unplug the spy devices before we say anything sensitive to each other." I don't regret using the tools I need, but that compromise is infuriating.
