developed due to the Fathers day Breakfasts, the collecting of toys for tots, the troop picnics, and learnig
the meanings of Integrity, respect for
others, duty to societies less fortunate
"The elderly, the poor and destitute
the sick" etc.

My days as a campfire girl gifted me with the ability to be socially aware of our diversities. Selling candy door to
door brought me out of my shell.
(I was extremely shy, more of a spectator then a participant) I learned
to meet and greet people of all stations
in life.

Our Den Mother's were a life line for "Latch key kids" Working Parents whose children were met with an empty house after school had a den Mother who took pride in being a stay at home Mom. She in turn was able to extend her motherly love to other's. Scouts develope unity.

The INVIORNMENT is taught to be respected not just for its provisions and Beauty. But because Almighty God connected the cycle of LIFE making Nature it's healer and indicator Of God and his awesome love for us. We Pray all children have at least one good childhood memory.
