Oh. So, words have meaning-wow! Mail-in ballots “Shall be ‘signed & dated by the voter” means… “Shall be ‘signed &dated by the voter.” Who would’ve thunk it?? 🤷‍♂️ Isn’t it refreshing when plain English means plain English; and courts enforce the law? 😊
