You claim to have the interest of your potential constituents mind and I’m in your district! ‘Educate’ me - why oppose partial loan forgiveness for students who were pressured into loans at 18 but not for business owners who took on loans as mature adults taking business risks?

The 2 are totally different. PPP is a bipartisan-law, to keep locked-down biz afloat & get employees pd. Comply: most of the debt is forgiven. The other is an illegal, unilateral order that transfers debt freely-taken by some to everyone—adds to inflation & makes matters worse.

The end result is that the demographic that actually spends money to strengthen the economy has income freed up to do so by having partial relief on aggressive loans made to 18-year-olds just to further their education. It’s relief for those struggling to pay the bills 1/2
