Our #flipclass colleagues @guster4lovers @thomasson_engl had their @Youtube channel demonitized :(
YouTube only pays attention (will reply to email) to large channels, no support for many educators. If you would like to support their work, check it out athttps://www.patreon.com/thomassonmorrisinstruction …

We got the channel monetized a year and a half ago, have zero copyright strikes or other marks against us, and the last 3 days (April 29 & 30, May 1) would have been the 3 highest-paying days in the channel's history. Feels arbitrary at best and vindictive at worst.

We'd like to look into it. Mind sharing the channel URL and a screenshot of monetization page: https://yt.be/help/v9Zf ? Keep us posted.

Hmm, this typically means your content/thumbnails are not original/auto-generated. You can make changes and always reapply after 30 days. Here's more about reused content & how you can avoid them in future videos: https://yt.be/help/AsbB . Hope this helps.

2/2 BECAUSE of its creators. Not in spite of them. It’s great to get rid of ads on accounts that steal content frm other creators. It’s also objectively terrible to cut off revenue frm creators who don’t understand why the bot/low paid foreign employee flagged it in the 1st place
