Obria provides "fertility awareness" as their only form of birth control. No pill, no iuds, no ring, no shot. Just menstrual cycle tracking. This is detrimental to comprehensive family planning.
Since the appropriation is for 3 years, doesn’t this mean a possible new administration wouldn’t be able to change recipients until 2022?
