@gorgiasio Goal is to get things going with one before onboarding another. Cap is ~5 concurrent clients, so I'll be looking at 3-6 months deals. Short but high impact.

I have 2 models: 1/ Core clients. High intensity (think every week). 3 to 6 months deals. Short & Impactful. They need to be well funded with a growth team on the ground to execute fast. 2/ Seed-stage startups for usual low commit advisory role (on demand basis)
