I’d hardly describe what I see in every shop as moving away from plastic, more a tokenistic representation for non plastic. The demand needs to be driven by consumer and outside of leafy middle class areas it isn’t

There doesn't seem to have been any change, does there? Supermarkets still packaging everything in plastic too. Hopeless. And people still buying it.
