Another pathetic lunatic sadly killed 10 innocent people in #Toronto, for his waging war on women. This is #terrorism. Period!!

To state that this man was 'waging war on women' is extremely disingenuous when there were a variety of victims. It was not a woman-focused crime. It was a crime on the community as a whole.

Fruitlessly abstract article. Simply stated, #Incels are a construct of our times. The connected digital age created omnipresent social networks pressuring perceived outcasts to create their own. In the past outcasts would join clubs or have a physical outlet that ... 1/3

3/3 ... unrelenting. Without outside intervention an extreme doctrine of collective paranoia developed.Toronto is only one extreme result. Ultimately, they are victims of our times, where social acceptance is measured by how many Facebook friends one has.

Yeah, they're the victims. Not the dead people and the women they harass.

Don't be such a stupid ass. The rise of extremism in all its forms is a result of interconnectedness & breeds hatred of every type. This version would never have existed before the internet. The dead are a result of that hatred & obviously victims but misogyny is only 1 symptom

Bullshit, in the past they could basically bully the fuck out of women who weren;t societally allowed to be single, so the men got laid due to women having no other choice. Now that we have choices, these same men are wallowing in their self pity instead of acting like adults.

These men are the historical equivalent of the second or third son in a rich family trashing the world because Daddy didn't love them enough, or the older brother got all the money and they got nothing. They're assholes, not victims.

I knew that "victims" was going to be a contentious word but used it because it applies. They wouldn't have become "assholes" if they had not been funneled into the direction they took.

This has to be the most bizarre concept I have ever come across! A bunch of losers becoming 'terrorists' because they need to crack one out? Seriously?
