Why aren't you running a parallel high profile campaign to outlaw profiteering, which is why this charity is needed..

Well I agree partially with these campaigns. However what's the state role on assuring, security and well being for the citizens while they work to produce it ? Again, if you choose to be a liberal, state doesn't make any sense. So why not anarchy by the way?
