No it isn't. Voter fraud doesn't exist and this actively discriminates against younger people and those from minority communities, less likely to actually have photo ID

Personally I think this is a disgrace; people shouldn't be forced to pay for Photo ID (assuming Passport/Driving License) just to vote - unless other forms of free ID (Work Security Badge or Membership card) are accepted then this is just an attack on democracy
