Pretty sure you can be decent and successful as a woman without being 'difficult'. High expectations and an assumption of equality aren't gender specific.

Yes you can, but strong women are labelled difficult, with the associated negative connotations, strong men are labelled assertive, with positive connotations.

No one EVER wants to work with difficult people. It’s the only time I’ve ever had terrible anxiety; working with a difficult boss (a man, if you’re asking).

Pictured: An image conceived in Kyōtō, April 2019. As for the person modelling the shoes: “Difficult. It’s a word that rests on a knife-edge: when applied to a woman, it can be admiring, fearful, insulting and dismissive, all at once. In 2016, it was used of Theresa May. . .”pic.twitter.com/20NCIStjSK

The Suffragettes were indeed terrorists. They failed to win the vote for women. That vote was achieved by the destruction of traditional society in 1914-18.

The article can be summarised as : "Yet more mock-heroics from pampered #Western women calling themselves #feminists."

Opponents of #feminism "scared" by it ? No - contemptuous of it; it's sexually-debauched and (in its support for #abortion) monstrously evil. And, inevitably, is getting nowhere - since it doesn't make either men or women better people; merely worse people (both genders).
