flouride does improve your enamel, but do NOT ingest it! It is not safe to be ingested. You might also look into theobromine (my wife is a dentist)

resetting the ph in your mouth is good, (and is a good reason to brush in the morning) but if your diet isn't correct the enamel won't build up.

here it is: 1. eat dark chocolate because theobromine is better than fluoride topically 2. diet rich in animal fats, calcium and vit d (eggs, etc) 3. if you're going to use a toothpaste use a mixture of vinegar and baking soda

she says you can try hydrogen peroxide and baking soda if vinegar is too hi test fo ya or coconut oil and baking soda
