if I put a yardstick in my arm-pit and measure where the tip of my middle finger is, I get 28 inches

The truly ascetic part about pullups is that as you advance, they naturally grow harder... suppose this is true of all body-weight exercises, but it seems most pronounced with pullups I think because they're such a heavy lift

I can make it heavier, sure, but bear in mind that I'm not doing these pullups in a single set - I'm only aiming for a total.
