Priority adjudication is being given to those outside Afghanistan, but most, if not all, will get denied because they’re not considered to be in imminent danger and should pursue the refugee path. 3x

Those in Afghanistan will most likely get denied because there is no consular post in Afghanistan. 4x

This is a huge bait and switch by the Biden Administration which said it would do right by these people. Essentially, humanitarian parole is a sham and is not going to approve the vast majority of them despite the fanfare surrounding the program when it was rolled out. 5x

Please push on this. She'll deny the program is for show, but ask her how many applications have been filed & how many have been approved & force her to answer. The lawyers around the country handling most of these cases are all in communication so we know the truth. 6x

If you're a reporter working on this and want to see a denial letter laying out these issues, I can send you a redacted version. 7x

This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Winter is coming and the crisis will only get worse. #AfghanEvac

But kim, please understand that USCIS must put their 100% focus on issuing approvals for SIVs who are the real heroes.
Aren't they?
