        Очевидную вещь скажу, но на 10 тыс человек ОМОН никогда не пойдёт. А вот когда людей не больше 2-3 тыс, они начинают винтить, причем показательно и с особой жестокостью. Тут дело не в «померяться силой» между мужиками, а в психологии. Оно видят возможность побить палкой и бьют.
