@donmelton a LOT faster. Loading big libraries on iOS is awful. Load speed isn’t issue on ATV, there it’s navigation. Poor paradigm@gruber

@gruber I know somebody still deliberately using a first-gen Apple TV for that reason. Ironically, iTunes Extras still work fine there. -
@jhollington@gruber That's why I kept using my first-gen until it absotively posolutely bit the dust. I love my iTunes Extras.

@gruber completely. They are simply html, js, & QT. I extracted one, threw it on my server & watched from my iPad1 with Safari. No excuse. -

@gruber Still no iTunes LPs on iPad too, which is a wasted opportunity to offer something above other retailers’ music downloads.
