Nuclear plants should require zero people to operate so nothing can go wrong. Also they should be earthquake proof. I have lots of big ideas like these.

In cyclones, hurricanes, typhoons or tsunamis, a reactor would not have a greater chance of safe survival- on land or at sea. So we will have floating nuclear power plants.
