The lowest class of French fry is the vessel fry, useful only for conveying ketchup to your mouth but otherwise tasteless mash. I am eating vessel fries now.

Knew a girl back in middle school who would use fries exclusively as a delivery mechanism for ketchup. Her plate was just a collection of spit-soaked fries at the end of the meal. Also, this was the only "meal" she would "eat." I don't miss 8th grade.
