working out compulsively isn't nearly as healthy as enthusiasts generally claim. they buttress their claims with data on idle people working out 30 mins 3-4 times a week (which has positive mental and physical effects) .../

... then they pretend that two hours a day every day is somehow "even better" as opposed to a psychological and physical problem.
