Start telling yourself you feel like shit if you miss a work out. Over time it'll become compulsive you have to go.

can you feel any positives (eg not just soreness) in your body whether you’ve worked out in the last 24hrs?
If so, it’s just a matter of increasing sensory clarity towards that feeling to amplify it until you’re addicted to it

You can basically do the opposite of what people trying to get over an addiction do. You can attend to the sensation and mentally note things like “I like this, this is good and fulfilling and helps my body” type stuff as a kind of meditation. Over time it’ll become more true
