Should be saas because that model prints money. Helps if its consumer focused, that's my strength. Needs to be venture scale.

Home maintenance/mgmt software. It's a lot of effort to keep track of gutter cleaning/power washing/paving/deck/landscaping/cleaning/etc. Make the process easier for Millennials
If you get traction, addtl rev stream: ads for local home services. Partner w/ VSaaS for dist maybe

Could prob also expand to a marketplace play (aggregate demand for home services in one place, let landscapers/plumbers/electricians sell services on there) w/ the software as your entry wedge
~35M millennial homeowners, hit 10% penetration @ $10 a month and you're venture scale

I think home services is very ingesting, being explored already but far from solved. Not quite sure what the wedge is
