What should I build?
Should be saas because that model prints money. Helps if its consumer focused, that's my strength. Needs to be venture scale.

For my first company I wanted to bootstrap because I had zero product leadership experience and didn't want to negotiate with VCs from that position. But it's a niche company.
That's profitable now, I learned a lot and want to do something bigger in the next year
