How can a VC with $20m in AUM, have an operating budget of $3-4m 🤯. This is closer to what a firm with $200-300m AUM would have.
Most VCs run off a 2% management fee, so $3m yearly would require a $150m fund atleast.
Sounds like someone messed up..

I thought the whole point was that she was doing things differently? Not sure what you get from comparing what has done to a traditional fund. Ask her portfolio, her staff, and everyone who has been paying attention if they feel she “messed up”
