How can a VC with $20m in AUM, have an operating budget of $3-4m 🤯. This is closer to what a firm with $200-300m AUM would have.
Most VCs run off a 2% management fee, so $3m yearly would require a $150m fund atleast.
Sounds like someone messed up..
