he’s retarded imo, Obergefell is bulletproof, it’s a clear equal protection issue the “abortion is a privacy concern” Roe argument was always (regrettably) flimsy

to clarify i believe women have a common law right to an abortion tho and Roe’s conclusion was incidentally correct, it was just unconvincing and legally moot
