There should be a Help Center in SF where programmers can bring their laptops and get an expert to help them get unblocked for $300/hr. I don't want to zoom, I don't want to share screen, I just want to pay an autist in person and have him type two commands and fix it.

True. But I miss the math help center vibe in my college library. Just walk up, explain the topic, and get a tutor who helps you figure it out.

Yep but what you want here is a 10X programmer for one of the million things that can go wrong.
Better to have FTEs list themselves on the app with availability hours and you can request someone like you do with Uber. It is upto the person to accept your request or not.
