There should be a Help Center in SF where programmers can bring their laptops and get an expert to help them get unblocked for $300/hr. I don't want to zoom, I don't want to share screen, I just want to pay an autist in person and have him type two commands and fix it.

True. But I miss the math help center vibe in my college library. Just walk up, explain the topic, and get a tutor who helps you figure it out.

It’s important to do this in-person, because the field radiated by IT guys that causes problems to mysteriously go away as soon as they’re present doesn’t work over Zoom

Put me at the desk ill waste no time, won't ask about your day. You will simply tell me that the computer doesn't have a domain object for the trust relationship and I remove and re add it to the domain. Quick easy and painless. Also I want 170k thx
