I'd do it for 500k. I'm not unreasonable. But not a penny less.

My first job in tech involved getting flown to london and being homeless for a couple months while building an orwellian geolocation app in a wework. They loved what I did but said they couldn't pay me bc I was technically an illegal immigrant. We shot the redcoats for a reason.

tbh they were expecting your winning Yankee accent to earn you a free bed in a lady's bower every night but were too polite to say it/comment when you failed to make that happen

Before COVID, I visited England every year on my own dime. Best people, always fun.
