Louder is safer. I’d rather you be annoyed and it potentially save their life.

It may be a little more complicated than these Romanian YouTubers have lead on. For example, counter intuitively most accidents don’t happen on highways.

Cope, loud pipes don't do anything other than make people wish you would get hit.
Even if it did then it's not worth the cost of annoying thousands of people. I love motorcycles but you need to take responsibility for your own fate when you get on one.
