As a founder the most impressive thing to me about Elon is that he founds solo. It's hard as hell to not have somebody in the same boat with you.

Lots of advantages though. Means you can just do shit without consulting anyone or having to convince people before executing.

Realistically you can’t, it’s not a matter of personality it’s a matter of position. You can’t just tell your partner to go away.
