Tan skin as a beauty standard is myopia from a youth obsessed culture. If you love someone for life then seeing them beat their skin with UV rays should make you cringe. Yes the Chinese have captured me and are making me post this please help

Once some chinese international students showed up at the place i was interning to volunteer and they girls absolutely fawned over my catfish belly white skin and asked me "how i did it". It was an interesting and slightly awkward intercultural experience

Anyways yeah my mom's family grew up in Florida tanning and now many have issues with cancer and premature skin aging at middle age. So i have yet to be anti-sunscreen-pilled. My skin wasn't adapted for these latitudes lol

Honestly have become anti-tan fr and I think the preference for tanning explains approx 100% of the difference in how the difference races age. Just staying out of the sun will keep you hot past 60, its amazing
