What’s the deal with this feud by blacks & Asians? Any historical context?

Asians migrated in with hardcore work ethics and took over businesses in black neighborhoods and eventually started becoming landlords. Not hard to dislike a group you’re constantly paying money to.
“Took over businesses”. Wonder how they were able to do that! And buy property wherever they wanted? “Took over” is interesting wording but yah “hard work & family values”
