Every time I use a retail banking website I become more of a cryptobro. I don't care if the bank is holding my life savings in a self-replicating fractal ponzu as long as the URLs are clean.

a while back when I refinanced a mortgage - at the same bank - that caused the previous mortgage to disappear from the interface entirely, meaning I had no way to get eg the tax documents without calling the bank and asking for them
