Why are the most prominent female politicians in America so insanely unlikable? I have lots of great women in my life but the women who rise up in politics are total garbage

The men who rise to that level are also mostly garbage.
Another theory I’ve seen is traits that are rewarded politically for men like boldness or assertiveness are not received as well coming from women so they have to do a balancing act and it comes off fake
