Why are the most prominent female politicians in America so insanely unlikable? I have lots of great women in my life but the women who rise up in politics are total garbage

off the top of my head, a possible hypothesis may be that difficulty to rise into politics as a woman would select for worse leaders.

That's kinda vague though. They seem to suck in the same way, like they're all fake in the same way.
Pelosi, Clinton, Harris, they all seem fake. Margaret Thatcher seemed real af, I want one of those here
the relevant selection mechanism is really the party. & the norms of party elites in recent years also happen to be… kind of insufferable
